Wing Chun and Kung Fu incorporating various modern methods and effective aspects of other martial arts and similar methods to JKD, San Da, San Shou, MMA for self defence. 

Tai Chi Club

Focused more on well being, we practice exercises, solo forms, push hands and self defence. 

Taiji is the orgin of the Yin and Yang Theory and is known for its gentle exercises, energy cultivation, balance and breathing techniques, often for meditation, recovery  and rehabilitation from injury or to help relieve stress. Most Tai Chi is practiced slowly in a calm way, but for those that wish to  try, there are very fast and challenging combat forms that require a higher level of skill.
